Disgusting chicken wings . Old dry and hard.I had ordered 2 xl pizzas and 2 (24) orders of wings. The barros pizza specialty was... just not made properly. It look like a pepperoni pizza. WINGS were just Terrible. Since it was Halloween night it took 2 hoursfor the order to be ready. I was ok ..I understood the situation. I took my kids trick or treating meanwhile .At 8 pm. Was mypromised time.The store would close at 9 pm that day. I when to the store to pick up. I noticed I was missing another box ofwings. I asked and they lady went to the back and bought me two boxes back. When I got home . Everyone hungry and ready to eat,opened the wings. And they were worst from the first box. I was given another persons wings from 6:00pm. It even said the nameof the person Liliana. And the two given boxes had a different number than the other boxes.The ones that were ?freshly made?were just sad to look at .Imagine the 6 pm ones . Cold , dry, and hard. They were just not eatable my kids just tried to eatsome because they were hungry and really wanting wings and pizza. I paid $96 not worth it . The pizza was ok. They are it justthe wings they only ate 2 each . The worst. I am just not lucky I guess. August 22, 2022 I went for my sons 13 birthday and hada bad experience in store dinning. The pizza was served, but my wings and pasta was just not served until the pizza was finishedand I had to go asked for the pastas and the wings. That day the wings were actually good and the pizza as well :) just thecustomer service was not. I was seeing everyone that was coming and getting all their food and we were just left behind with ourorders. To be honest I felt discriminated. Read more
We kept hearing a weird tapping sound that wasn't in time with the muzak. It wasn't until we got home they I realized it was... Morse for SOS. Not sure what that was about but the wings and pizza are always delicious! EDIT: Ordered wings for the WorldSeries. Received 11 drumsticks and only 1 flat. Feels like I won the damn lottery. Took a very large group in that we set up ahead of time. We sent the pizza orders in that morning and came for dinner. The staff... is really young and seems a little knew honestly, but they worked their tails off and everything was great for us. The pizza wasamazing, the service great, and the atmosphere was awesome. Read more
Outstanding Italian sausage and pepperoni pizza slices for very cost effective lunch. Also, celiac-friendly pizzas that are very... tasty - which is a rare gem in my experience. I'd recommend them to anyone! Read more
This Barro's location, in Queen Creek, is just wonderful! The lunch specials are probably the beat deal in the Valley. Two big... slices of pizza and a drink for $5! The slices are always fresh and hot with lots of cheese. There is a real nice selection ofdrinks, too. It is a large place, with lots of room, so you don't feel like you are on top of other patrons. The staff isfriendly and efficient, and the place is really clean. There are a few arcade games, for kids, too! Read more
The price is always right but the pizza is hit or miss. Sometimes it?s amazing and sometimes it?s a greasy mess and the toppings... literally fall off the pizza as you try to eat it. When it?s good, it?s really good. When it?s like the pics below I wouldrather not eat it. Read more
Be careful to the charges and ask the price .... I was at the Queen Creek location with my Red Hatter group, we all like the... pizza and salads , I order 6 pizza, 21 drinks and 3 big / large bowls of salads and the woman said $295 , I said wow soundtoo much , and she said any additional to the pizza , still too much , Oh ... I can give you a seniors discount , she never did,but if you order large pizza is a discount promotion , I said ok ... so I order 6 large pizza with discount of $3,71 each ... But when I was home I saw why, the sales woman NEVER said that each salad will be $55, so I paid only for the salads $165, if Iknew the price I can order only one big salad ... very very bad of her not to mention the salad price, the salads were very bigand was a lot of waist ... Now I know why I paid so much, because she wants to sale the salads... Next time I will be morecareful and I will let my friends know not to trust the sales people from Barro's Pizza...
