Really tasty food & a great atmosphere. Fun cocktails (and lots of them!!) as well as a menu with lots of variety and... quality. The 'who's your daddy?' & ginger margarita were delicious and just enough spice! Tableside guacamole is delicious andthe pomegranate seeds are a wonderful addition. Tried a few different tacos, the al pastor, shrimp asado and the birria werefavorites but they were all tasty. Will certainly be back to try more of the menu! Read more
Fun atmosphere. Great service. The food: so good. Hot tortilla chips and flavorful salsa. Queso fundido was delicious and... creamy. Their handmade tortillas are great. Tacos seem small for price but they load them up and I was full. The pibil was mildand herby; you need to like oregano. I've been to barrio queen in Scottsdale multiple times, Tempe at least 20 times, and queen creek a few times since moving to the... area. 1. Since when do you get charged for beans? Was here at this exact location a week ago and beans came with the foodordered. It even says it on the menu. 2. Why are we getting charged rice? We never even received or ordered rice Disappointingbirthday dinner. Barrio queen use to be my favorite restaurant and considering we now live right in one of the new builds downthe street, we figured we would become locals at this location. I have noticed in reading reviews on here and yelp plenty ofother locals feeling like they are taken advantage of at this location too. The thing is I never leave bad reviews foranywhere.
