Been here a few times in the past few months and I've had a great experience with the staff each time. A couple of oopsies here... and there when it came to getting a flat top when saying no or not putting whipped cream when asked, but they've always fixedthe mistake quickly and compensated accordingly if necessary. Great Shave Ice and Smoothies!! I just had a horrible day at work, I saw your sign, and instantly I started to smile ????. I... have never heard of or seen Bahama Buck?s, as I live 1 hour 30 mins to the West from there. The staff is FANTASTIC??All of themROCKSTARS??????????. They helped me decide what to get. I told the girl the flavors I wanted and she steered me towards thebest smoothie. I still really wanted to get a watermelon ???? ???? shave ice but, I had that 1 1/2 hour drive. How can I eatmy Shaved Ice without it being all over me and my car????. The girl taking my order said no problem, she said they would put itin a cup that?s a size bigger. No problem.! Had a really good experience today 8/1/22 12:06 pm there was a guy working that wore a purple shirt he had light brown hair and... he was working with a female with blonde hair. Couldn?t catch his name?but he was very positive and treated people in a happymanner and when I came inside and was eating he asked if everything was ok and if I needed anything.. he treats customers withrespect.. last time I came here a year ago there were workers who didn?t want to help at all and ignored me when I was trying toorder. Let me start by saying that I love Bahama Bucks! I used to work at another location in high school and have eaten this shaved... ice many, many times. I have no idea what happened tonight, but my ice tasted HORRIBLE. It had a strong chemical taste (I gotthe same flavors I usually do) and big chunks of straight ice with no flavoring at all. Maybe it?s something about the waterand/ or an issue with the employee who made it. Either way, I don?t think I?ll be going back to this location any time soon. Read more

Very slow getting order. But the drinks are great! When you drive up too window,Its always dirty ???? Don't know why but when... paying, the smell coming from inside smells musty, its a dirty smell. Reminds me of a smoky hotel room. A Manager or Owner needsto drive up and notice these things. We really like this place though Read more

Great time. Amazing flavors. Been a while since we have been here. Kids had a blast, patio was abused. Not sure how often they... maintain it, I?m sure with the summer they have lots of spills out front. This was such a nice surprise when we found out Bahama Bucks was in Queen's Creek! The staff is absolutely amazing and so fun!... Came in today did a live video with my Canadian family to rub it in. We love Bahama Bucks and have had great experiences at this location. Everything was clean and we had fast, friendly service.... Lots of indoor and outdoor seating at this location, which is nice. Today I noticed a game center so you can play board gameswhile you enjoy your shaved ice. Definitely a fun vibe here. When it comes to the menu, there are so many flavor options, withlots of ways to customize. There's definitely something for everyone. This place has become a family favorite.
