This restaurant was spectacular! The Montreal Smoked Meat melted in your mouth, the pickles are crunchy and the poutine is... yummy. As a public health inspector the open kitchen was in pristine condition. You can tell the owner cares about hiscustomers. A highly recommended you visit the restaurant if you like smoked meat! The smoked meat is perfect. I ordered the classic sandwich medium smoked meat and regular smoked meat poutine. The meat is... really tender and it feels like it just melted in my mouth. Really tasty. As a dessert, I ordered the tarte au sucre. Thisdessert is also great. Good choice after a heavy meal and you need something sweet for your sweet tooth. Although it's not inthe menu, but the staff can offer you some of their dessert after your meal. The staff is also really nice and attentive. Thewashroom is really clean too. Excellent stop for a smoked meat sandwich! Right up there with Schwartz and Dunn?s. We went for lunch and I recommend making a... reservation because this joint fills up quick! For good reason! Wanted spaghetti with meat sauce and smoked meat mince upon it. Got exactly what I wanted. It was good. Not great, could have... used a bit more meat sauce but was good.I ate the whole thing. My wife had a sandwich with Swiss cheese stuck between the MANYlayers of smoked meat (lean as can be!!) and she loved it. Way better than Schwartz?s a few years back. Good job! Read more
