Great berry gelato ! Friendly staff Definitely a take and go place

Everything is clean and sweet and delicious! The staff is really friendly and helpful.

Ice cream is good, lady working the front crash was so rude for no reason.

Nice ice creams but the young man in charge of the shop has very bad manners. The bathroom is super dirty and no paper, they... don?t give you a ticket with your order so they don?t know what you have ordered and two times were wrong. The last time theemployee was really rude to me and he gave me the ice cream full of chocolate immediately so I got messy with spots on myclothes. On Sunday I came and it was closed at 21:30 and on Monday at 19:00 everybody were super tired and very rude, except agirl. Read more

I will try to take out the fact that they were completely out of cones, since that was likely a Covid issue, so I won't hold... that against them. However if I had to chose a cup, I would like a very eco friendly cup, no plastic spoons (ideallycompostable, plant based cups and spoons), thus I decided not to get one and only got some for the kids. Great ice cream and hot chocolate shop in Petit Champlain. Really enjoy the rich and creamy hot chocolate.

Had a sundae and dipped chocolate, both were amazing. Always busy because high tourist location but worth it if you are in this... area. Read more
