I was told that the best smoked meat here is the best in Quebec city. When we went in for takeout we weren?t asked how cooked we... wanted the meat and also if we wanted it lean or not. Be... prepared that you are getting a smoked meat sandwich and your only choices are what sides you get, but all the choices aregreat!
