The food was poor. I suppose they were trying to give a la-di-da presentation but it failed because the food just wasn't good.... Bland. The service was horrendous even though the place wasn't even a quarter full. I have no idea what they were trying forwith the decor - maybe urban hip? I don't know nor do I care it just looked and felt phony to me. I'll never go back. Read more

What a shame! I really hope that the chef was away when we had our dinner and our food was prepared by a part time student who... never cooked in his life before. It is really hard to make some products tasteless, but he managed to do that. Every dish wasovercooked, undersalted, oversalted, undercooked. Honestly this is the worst "Asian" food I ever tried. I like the light and shadow in this restaurant. It?s an art. The food tastes special mixing with Chinese , Japanese and Korean... with chef?s own creation. However, we wait 45min to get all foods(only soup, one starter and one side dish) to come up which isa really poor experience. Read more

Beautiful place, ambiance was a bit uptight. Server was very friendly and attentive however service was extremely slow. 20min... until we received our first drink. 5 course tasting menu was ok at best. Starter had a foi groi which was incredible, the restwas not memorable. Second course, meh, soup had some good flavors but was overall bland, lacking in depth and tasted watereddown. Main course was around 2 hrs after sitting down. Pork dish was nice, noodle dish was a huge fail, something you would getat a take out Chinese restaurant, not to mention after 2 hours we just wanted to get out of there. We didn't stay for desert asthe thought of possibly waiting another half hour for a mediocre dish felt like punishment. Read more

As expected, the food was great and the wine selection is quite extensive. Portions are generous and perfect for sharing. Highly... recommended, but do make a reservation before you go. Read more

Tonight we experienced another level of culinary delight. Some Québec restaurant workers recommanded this place as one of best... hidden gem in old Québec city. My wife and I have to admit we were rocked by this adventure of splashing colors and tastefulfreshness from the Quebec terroir. Service from Jean was exquisite and friendly and the food presentation was phenomenal. Highlyrecommand 10/10 Read more

Could easily win some trophies in the next few years. Great food, excellent wine list, superb service by the whole team. It's... refreshing to see them working all together. Our waitress, Mel(can't remember the last part), was a great guide to the wholeexperience that the Bo has to offer. The bar (kitchen's side) is the best place to sit, being in front of the show ! ChefLouis-Philippe is a wonder. He knows so much stuff he could teach me classes for the whole night. I should have had teacherslike him! Read more
