COCKROACH INFESTED SOUP!! Where there is one roach there are SEVERAL CRITTERS !!! I ordered two large tortillas soups to go and... when I got home and took the first spoon full, a giant roach. The fact that a roach got in my soup, speaks volumes about therestraunts lack of cleanliness and management. First of all, a roach would not crawl into a bowl or hot soup, so that soup wasdefinitely NOT FRESH. Secondly, the fact that they did not catch this ROACH in the soup before serving comes to show that theremust be a deep infiltration of roaches in the kitchen, It?s DISGUSTING ? This is a law suit waiting to happen. ? Medranosshould be held up to par with the rest of the food industry. As a restaurant you have responsibility to serve food that peopleare able to consume, not get sick, or potentially kill. I would not recommend to anyone ever. Read more

It was fair. Ceviche was not very good. Great chips and salsa. Carne asada tacos were loaded with meat.

I love the food here. Everything I've tried has been very tasty. The service is always good and the servers are awesome. My go... to dish is the carne asada Taco plate. You will not leave hungry. The drinks are also very good. I highly recommend a margaritaon the rocks. The prices are very reasonable . So if you are thinking of eating here you won't be disappointed. Read more
