We are new to the area and have enjoyed trying new places to eat. This is the first Italian restaurant. The place looks like a... classic pizza and pasta eatery. Staff was friendly and helpful. Pizza was delicious. The veggies were chunky and generous. We ordered the "special" with a side Cesar and tomato bisque. My wife said, "This is pert near the best darn tomato soup I haveever tasted.". I'm pretty sure she liked it. Read more

A lot of people in town have given amazing reviews about this place. I found it to be nothing special. The cheesesteak was just... ok, nothing like the wife?s restaurant next door Giacomo?s. The wings were pretty horrible, very little tiny wings, not verycrispy even though I asked for them to be. The only thing that was decent was the plain pizza, cheese was pretty good exceptthat it slid a lot which isn?t a good sign, sauce could be a little better but good enough, and the dough was good as well. Theservice was pretty good, went in on a Monday so it was kind of slow inside but no big deal. Read more

So, so had sausage, onion and peppers piza but the cheese was not cheesy enough and veges too raw for me. But I loved the egg... plant cheese wedges. They were quite well flavored and cheese just right. Ask for extra cheese. Staff are nice. Read more

Oh my word! Our meals were sooo good. Entrees ordered were eggplant and spaghetti and meatballs. Included choice of soup or... salad and garlic bread or garlic knots. I've had their pizza on a previous visit and it was excellent. Just really good, authentic Italian. Service was great as well. I can't wait to go back. Read more

Giovanni's is a gourmet restaurant with pizza shop prices and a relaxed atmosphere. Giovanni's has outstanding pizza,... cheesesteaks, and pasta. Their old-fashioned pizza is the best square pizza that I've had in the Lehigh Valley. The only othersquare pizza that I crave more is Santucci's. Their Brooklyn-style square pizza is also amazing. It's a hybrid of boardwalkpizza and tomato pie. Their "Hot Johnny" cheesesteak is a match made in heaven for anyone that enjoys a cheesesteak witheverything (American cheese, sauce, onions, pickles, hot peppers). Also, they use hot cherry peppers - not banana peppers. Thebest part of it all is that they mix everything together before they put it on the roll. This helps all of the ingredients andflavors meld together resulting in a mind-blowing sandwich. A few weeks ago I tried their pasta for the first time and it wasfabulous! I never had puttanesca before and it might be my new fave. I really need to eat here at least once a week... Read more

I mistakenly ordered too much pizza for myself. It was fine , not a big fan of the taste. It had too much salt on it. Also place... was really crowded. Read more
