This is the absolute worst Taco Bell that I have ever been to, by far!!!! The drive-up window was super long, so we went inside... the building to order. People kept on coming back in from the drive up, because of their orders being wrong. They got our orderwrong, and it took a super long time to get it. They seem to be very short staffed, and very unorganized. I would not recommendgoing here at all! They substituted nacho cheese in a bean burrito, without telling us. It was very runny, and we had to go backin to get it redone. Then they said they don't have any regular cheese. Then we went back in again, because my chalupa supremehad meat, and was requested as a no meat chalupa supreme. Then when they remade it, they put regular cheese in it. So we wentback in again, and said we got regular cheese in the chalupa, can we get some in the bean burrito now. They weren't honest aswell. They had regular cheese to do the burrito the first time, but probably didn't want to redo it. As when we went in thesecond time for the chalupa, all of a sudden they had it. Our server was Grace and I have to admit there are very few people in the business of food and restaurant who go above and... beyond in taking care of their customers. Her positive behavior only speak volume of this Taco Bell. The place was very cleanand organized. We will be back for more food. And hope to see you all again. Read more
3rd time I've been to this taco bell. Usually it's fine, this time they got my order wrong (but it was correct on the recipt),... but the worst part is that there was plastic in my taco. I always like the Doritos locos taco supreme. Also ordered 2 spicy potato soft taco. When my son opened the second one it was... missing the lettuce and shredded cheese lol It was busy at the drive thru and I appreciate the workers. I pulled off the highway following a sign for Taco Bell. After driving for over a mile I finally found where the Taco Bell was.... Famished, I quickly ordered at the kiosk: two beef burritos add tomatoes add potatoes, grilled. After standing for 5 minuteswaiting I saw an employee begin an order of beef burritos. He did not add tomatoes, he did not add tomatoes, and he did not putthem in the grill. He attempted to serve these to me and I immediately told him that I watched him make them and that he did notadd potatoes tomatoes or grill them. Trying to get to work in Sumner I'm on limited time to grab a quick bite to eat for lunch.I do not have time to stand for 10 minutes waiting on an order to be made incorrectly. I especially don't have time to have asimple order need to be remade. I said I wanted a refund oh, I was given my refund in cash without being asked if I'd haverather it gone back on my card. For the record, I would have preferred it to go back on my card, I hate cash. The floor andhygiene of the place was abysmal! So much so I snapped a few photos of the kitchen before I left and promised to write thisreview. This place should be shut down by the health department. I'm lucky I didn't eat here I'm sure I would have gottenterrible diarrhea. Stopped in for a quick bite. Guy running drive thru was having a hard time understanding what was being told to him through the... order box. Had to repeat ourselves several times. The food was good. I just wish when you ask for extra cheese they would put iton. The bottom chips are always bare. ???? Read more
I understand being short staffed... But that should not be a reason why food looks manhandled. Or why portions are smaller then... they are supposed to be. Perfect presentation isn't always possible but at least try please. Read more
