The mans that works there, he knows whats up. Everytime one of the ladys make my sandwich its wrong, even when I try and correct... them. Example: "Can I get lettuce?" *reaches for tomatoes* "thats not lettuce" *continues to reach for tomatoes* I franticallylooked for the other lady that got back from break and she was like ????lettuce? And the lady making my sandwich finally putlettuce on my sandwich. And it was like this for literally every single item put on my sandwich. Ordering a sandwich should nottake 10 minutes from the time you start to when they ring you up. And you shouldn't have to fight with the employees at asandwich bar for the toppings that you want which is kinda the point. As a mall employee ill just buy the bread at Target nexttime and do better on my own???????? Read more

Firstly, having been with someone who in the past had worked at a Subway and confirmed with them, the portion was way less than... what its supposed to be. Secondly the employee making my sandwich didn't even ask if I wanted anymore toppings after closing itand wrapping it. Finally even though at the beginning we said we had coupons, they continued to make the sandwiches and onlyafter the fact at check out informed us that they do not accept coupons, though no sign was posted. Our kids sandwiches were made incorrectly and we pointed it out at the cash register that we had ordered two kids meals, not two... 6? meals. The lady that made the sandwich said sorry, that?s not what I made you and turned away while the other lady rang usup. I said it repeatedly, we would like two kids meals and were told sorry, too late now. No offer to correct the mistake.Plenty of other choices here at the food court, so we won?t be ordering here in the future. Read more
Sunday afternoon with a rather full mall. Walk up to the counter and both female employees are sitting down between the back... area and the front counter. I try to order a tuna on wheat and she goes to the tuna bin and simply says they are out. I findit hard to believe there wasn?t more in the back in one of their refrigerators but she uses that as an excuse for me to ordersomething else but I tell her that?s all I wanted and to disregard my order and she simply turns around and makes a smartcomment to her coworker and laughs about it. I don?t frequent malls at all but happen to be here with my daughter. Maybe it?sexpected in places like this but I would avoid this place. Read more
Robin, the employee was very rude to my daughter when she tried to order her food. My daughter stood there being ignored for at... least 5 minutes while 2 employees talked and Robin got herself a drink. Then she proceeded to slowly get my daughters order andthen when my daughter asked for a drink she gave her the more expensive bottled drink instead of the fountain drink and mealoption. Normally subway employees are very nice, but I was very disappointed and my daughter was very upset. Read more
