The girl at the counter had the attitude of someone that hated their job. I would too but I would try harder not to show it.
The staff is not well-trained. Not sure the staff is from Fred Meyer or Starbucks. The lady who makes the drink is too rude. She... shout loud the name of my drinks and throw the draw to me. I was so shocked. The manager should check the camera from 11:46am onFeb 14, 22, you'll see. Read more

I really hope a manager contacts me regarding my situation. I went there today for the bogo buy one frappuccino get one free. I... waited in line for 10 minutes and finally got up to the window and the lady said i would need the app to get the free one so iwas advised to go around through the drive through again after downloading the app. I pulled to the side and waited 20 minutesand decided to just pay for the second one. I go up there and the frappuccinos they made us 20 minutes ago were completelymelted and disgusting! I've never had an app take so long to download and why didn't they just give me a free one without theapp. I now have 2 frappuccinos I paid for and can't drink....please email me regarding this thanks!
