The pie is a winner! Everything else foodwise is subpar. We got the chicken fried steak dinner: flavor was just ok, the potatoes... were actually cold and the broccoli looked dirty. The server was nice, but unfortunately, the service was just ok. Definitelyrecommend the pie, everything else is a take or leave at any given time. Read more
Absolutely done eating here. The food was horrible & the service although nice was lacking. We were constantly waiting for our... server to ask if we needed anything. When the check came they never asked if we wanted to go boxes and waited a good 2o minutesfor our server to come back around and ask if we needed anything. But, nothing, we had to go track them down. Very sadconsidering this was our go to place when we could afford to eat out & since eating out isn't something we can do often, when wedo go out again, it will not be here. Read more
My mom?s name is Shari, and like my mom this restaurant is dependable and does good work. I think my mom has a bit more of a... creative and zany streak in her, this restaurant plays it safe serving traditional dishes and classic pies. Went here for Milkshake with my husband. Ordered the banana creme pie milkshake. The waitress put it on the milkshake machine... for a good 3 - 5 mins and went on doing other things. When we finally received it it was like drinking flavored milk. Absolutelyno thickness from ice cream or any pieces of pie what so ever. We had to ask another waitress to remake it.
