Called Pizza Time for the first time for pizza delivery today. The lady that answered the phone was super pleasant and double... checked the order. It arrived exactly on time and was hot! Ordered a pizza leaving work for pick up. Got there 30 minutes later, walk in and the guy at the front counter asked my name so... I told him....no order. Gave him my phone number....said there is no order. I went out in the parking lot and called. Guesswhat after talking to 3 different people...they had my order. ??????????? I asked if they could bring it out to my car sincethey have curbside. Crickets...I told them to forget it. No one cared in the slightest. Just lost a customer. Pathetic level ofcustomer service. I will start by saying the pizza crust was beautifully risen perfectly cooked and quite delightful except for a lack of salt and... had absolutely no flavor. So unfortunately my garlic breadsticks also had no seasoning. Once we added salt, granulated garlic,Italian seasoning and a little olive oil and reheated it... they were delicious. Ordered a side of garlic dipping sauce and wishI had ordered multiple cuz it was wonderful for dipping the crust. Unfortunately we also ordered a couple sides of ranch for thekids and I don't remember how much they cost but they give us 2 oz portion cups with literally 1 oz maybe of ranch. To call themhalf full probably was a generous statement. But I would definitely order it again I just think people should know not to orderthe sauces if you don't have to because they're giving you half of what you would expect. We have been customers for years and absolutely LOVE the pizza. Tried to order delivery and were told now the manager has... decided they don't deliver to our address? Are you serious? We order delivery 100% as my husband's disabled, and it's so easyfor me to ask for delivery. He was totally upset. Guess no pizza from here anymore. Lost this customer. Read more

It?s annoying buying cheesy bread and mozzarella sticks and getting gypped on marinara and then being charged .50 cents when... they only give you a small cup. Other places actually give you enough to eat the whole portion with. Read more
Enjoyed my pizza there! Crispy crust, lot of cheese, toppings really "on top" of the cheese and prices are ok given the quality... and size of the pizzas. Lived the small plastic inset to avoid that the cardboard touches the pizza. They have some specialitypizzas as well. Would go there again! Read more
