The manager at this McDonald's has it figured out. When there was a miscommunication she figured it out, made it right without... hesitation. The cooks followed her lead and turned out the correct order in no time at all. This kept the flow of orders goingand people moved through the lines inside and out very quickly. I have never met such rude employees in my 50 years! I placed a large order, which I kept having to repeat myself as they... obviously were not hearing me. As I continued with my order through the drive thru, I was asked on 2 occasions if my order wascomplete. I said no, and twice, got the response, ?you?ve order is too large, you cannot order nothing else?. The employeerefused to add 2 additional items. When I got to the window I was asked ?why are you so difficult??? Excuse me I said. Shewas rude, incompetent, and has no Business Working with people! I am a dasher it is 2:30am in the morning I got in line before 2 o'clock got to the window and the store couldn't find the order... so we had to give them my phone so they could make the order. So I am sure it will be atleast another 20 minute wait. Whicheffect the score we get from door dash and my rating. I can see a couple crew members walking around and stocking stuff insteadof helping the other staff compete this order. Normally I wouldn't complain but there is no sense of urgency going on at thislocation as well as no customer service what's so ever. Read more

Normally I don't have much of an issue with this place besides occasional mistakes but ordering from Uber Eats, my boyfriend... found not only were there missing items, but my boyfriend's quarter pounder had no top bun, and the entire box was smashedincluding the messily made burger inside of it. It looks like someone punched it. Definitely filing a complaint. Read more

Indoor dining is back!! ???? I'M LOVING IT! ???? Excellent service! We ordered at the counter. But there's also standing kiosks... for convenience. PLUS: The tables have QR codes that you can scan and ORDER RIGHT FROM YOUR TABLE to have it brought right toyou! Haven't seen that at a McDonald's before! Excellent. That's how to do it. The employees all seemed happy to help and theservice was good. The bacon double burger is a deal at $2.50! Happy Meal is always a go-to* Fries were nice and warm ???? Plusthe mcnuggets were good! Lots of dipping options (no extra charge for an extra sauce here! Nice!) *I'm still on the fence aboutthe new "plastic-free toys." Kids don't seem as bothered as I expected that they no longer get a "toy" ... But the old toysusually just got thrown out anyway, so the fact that these new Happy Meal "toys" are made with that in mind is pretty nice.Looking forward to what comes next. Read more

This is the 3rd time in a row (over the last four weeks) that I went to this location, craving a caramel frappe. Only to be told... it isn't available.
