Had no onion rings, french fries, ice cream, and dr pepper. Took us 20 minutes to get our food after we ordered. Only to come... home and look at our food and the burger was ice cold, along with our famous bowls only having 5 small pieces of chicken each,no cheese, and only about 15 pieces of corn. Just go to Taco Bell next door — it’s a better experience. I was in the mood for a root beer float so decided to also grab... dinner while we were there. Unusually long drive thru wait. No receipt. No mac & cheese or mashed potatoes — which should bethe most basic menu items available. Didn’t get offered any sauces. Fries were fried in really old oil and it tastedbitter. I’m not sure why this KFC/A&W has not gone through some kind of quality control assessment (in all aspects of runninga restaurant). While the cashiers seemed friendly, I think they need more training on basics — clearly communicating whenthere are issues to customers, asking if they want condiments + add-ons, giving customers receipts, & understanding that drivethru service requires speedy & efficient service. From the exterior - the drive thru was littered with trash and the menu boardwas sloppily taped over unavailable items. Other reviews expressed the lobby was also dirty but I didn’t see it. I’m surethere must be issues with retention and management or a deeper rooted issue and it’s such a shame that for months & years ofgetting legitimate 1 star reviews that nothing has changed or improved. Yeah...this place really sucks. Typically when we've come here they've been out of items (once was A&W Root Beer, this last... time was KFC Cole Slaw) and the food has been sub-par and we're constantly asked to pull forward to help them pad their drivethru times. We got Famous Bowls this last time and there was quite literally about a teaspoon of gravy on each, so super dry. They also seemed quite put off to make the Freezes, which are just normal menu items - we weren't even asking for anythingspecial. Just a bad experience every time we've gone, we will just be avoiding this location from here on out. You'll likelywant to as well. Read more

The laziest and least professional staff ever! I watched a family of four and a senior citizen leave after waiting over 20... minutes with no one’s order being taken. I stated that customers who walk in are just as hungry as those in the drive thru,and she said drive thru is priority, and to go through it instead. I said I walked in for dine in not to eat in my car. Theperson who must have been in charge said that I was not welcome in the establishment anymore, to leave and the Police would becalled if I refused. Why would I refuse? I never even said another word to them, she said my watching them work made themuncomfortable so I left. What else was I supposed to do while standing at the counter for 20 minutes being ignored? Excuse mefor being hungry after a 12 hour shift and asking about my order being taken. I would avoid this place like the plague if I wereyou!
