So I called the restaurant as I was placing my order to ask if they could toast my sandwich (since there's no option to ask for... it toasted if you order online) and they answered literally about 20 seconds after I sent my order in, but the guy proceeded totell me that they couldn't toast my sandwich because it was already made and wrapped up... Which it was physically impossiblefor them to have made it that quick so I know he was lying to me... I would've much rather them tell me they just don't want todo it then lie directly to me... I don't think that's very good customer service... I'm super disappointed with this store...Won't be ordering from here again! Read more

We like the food here. However when we were in today they had a sign up for game day special and would not honor it!!! Today is... Monday and we have football tonight. When asking them about it the would not let us have it and said it was for seahawk gamesonly!!! Well the sign did not say that so they should honor it or take it down or add Seahawks stipulation on it! Very unhappywith this type of service. Read more

I went in to order a #7, 17, & 26. They were working on Uber and pick up orders when I walked in. I was immediately greeted and... was able to place my order. My sandwiches were prepared quickly. I got home to eat my sub and it was so freaking good! It wasit, full of meat and gooey cheese with a creamy ranch sauce. The lettuce and tomatoes were fresh. It was seriously such aperfect sandwich. You may not be able to please everyone but you certainly made my day. Thank you! Read more
