We stopped to get burgers and fries. It was after 8 p.m. but was not sure if drive through was open. Ordered two burgers ,1... fry ,2 milkshakes. Got home, only had one burger ,the fries had burnt spots on them and they were greasy. Didn't get receiptso didn't take back. Worse meal we've had at this restaurant. Only 3 people in front of us. We waited about 7min for them. They told us to wait. Made us wait almost 10 minutes at the box. A... huge line began behind us. Only when we talked about having to leave and choose somewhere else, they finally decided they wantedto take our order. Went up to the order and they told me it was closed. The guy was nice about it however. 4 other cars also pulled up and were... turned away. If a restaurant closes for cleaning or whatever during certain hours, the signs and posted hours should reflectthat. Read more

If you guys are going to close up early please reflect that on your App. It is absolutely insane to me a company can just take a... customers money and give 0 options to cancel the order and they have to look for another place to eat with less money in theirbank account. It's 2022, Franchise owners please either train your employees better or communicate with your management better.It isn't difficult to turn an app offline and makes zero sense that you guys have no communication on when to mark yourselves asclosed.
