Hello is right! This is a must eat spot. The food was outstanding! The flavors were rich and delish. Spring rolls were fresh and... the peanut sauce was the best I ever had. We had the Bah Mi bbq pork and I had the vermicelli salad. Can't wait to come back andtry the Pho. The service was attentive and welcoming. The atmosphere was super cute. This was our first time dining here, and without a doubt, will return again. We had an order of potstickers that were... fantastic, along with a medium-sized and a large-sized steak & brisket pho, and a bubble tea, of course. The pho broth was verytasty, and everything was fresh and made to order. Not only was the food delicious, but the restaurant was very clean,well-lit, and upbeat with modern decor. Welcoming and friendly staff, provided prompt and attentive service. Prices were veryfair. The menu is not complex, but offers plenty of choices for everyone to enjoy, even the pickiest eaters. Hello Pho is alsofamily-friendly, easily accessible from Meridian, and open late. Looking forward to my next visit there. Read more
1st time here and it was straight fire. Came for pho but ended up trying the stew and oh man it was delicious!! We did get a pho... tho they said it was great too. Another dish was the chicken curry was just as on point as the other two. But the portions werehuge. Got the pho and thought they gave us the large by mistake but nope! Stopped in for a pork bahn mi for lunch. It was really good. Excited to go back and try the pho, but the price points seemed a... bit more than other places and the prices went up compared to some of the other menu photos I saw so it took me by surprise. Stopped in to order some lunch on my way home from running errands today. Service was quick, and the gentleman at the counter... was super friendly! We ordered seafood and meatball pho + 2 spring rolls and a Thai iced tea. The broth here is different thanother places around town: it is a blend of flavors instead one flavor sticking out and overpowering (star anise). The dippingsauce for the spring rolls is also different from the usual peanut butter+hoisin combo (I think I detect peanut butter, garlic,and fish sauce?), and it actually compliments the spring roll super well. I had to knock off a star for getting shrimp springrolls instead of pork + shrimp, and the provided chopsticks we got were incredibly splintery. Didn?t matter how much we rubbedthem together/between our palms, our efforts were futile. Luckily we are an Asian household and used our own. The Thai tea wasgreat. Seriously awesome place! Service was fast, quality, and the servers were all extremely nice! The food tasted fantastic and had... amazing proportions. Fair price and didn't skim on the meat which I found awesome. Not to mention the gorgeous restaurantinterior! 10/10 would recommend and I will definitely be coming back! Read more
This was such a wonderful lunch that was filling and hearty. The food was served very quickly and as ordered. The vegetable pho... was delicious with the crisp tofu.
