This location is always quick and efficient. Whenever an ordered is made incorrectly, they are always quick to fix it. They all... deserve an extra day off for their great customer service. Good job, managment in training your employees the right way! Read more

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Sorry for the long review! Immediately after placing my delivery order I realized I hadn't selected... the right sauce for my pizza. I picked up my phone and called the store to let them know. The guy who answered said he wouldtake care of it and ended the call. Unfortunately, my pizza still came with the wrong sauce and was also burnt! I called thestore back to let them know. They had me speak to the manager, "Cooper". SHE said that since I ordered it with red sauce, that'swhat she gave me. I told her that her co-worker said he would take care of it, otherwise I would have cancelled and re-made theorder. I also told her that my pizza was burnt. Cooper then decided to argue with me that the pizza was burnt by saying theoven is timed to cook everything perfectly and my pizza is how it's supposed to be. Although my pizza was a thin crust, itwasn't just slightly overcooked. No, it was BURNT. Black edges and all. I asked her if there was a number that I could textpictures of the burnt pizza to, but she didn't provide one. Instead of accepting that there were now TWO very good reasons forher to re-make my pizza, she decided not to help me at all. She said that I could pay to order another one. When I refused thesolution, she told me to call the Office. I left a voicemail at the Franchise office and I'm waiting to hear back. Also emailingcorporate. Read more

Don't generally expect much from delivery pizza, but this place is bad. My kids love pizza (don't they all) so we order from... here as it is close by. But the last two orders were horrible. The first wasn't even the pizza we ordered. The driver wasapologetic and offered to have a new pizza delivered. But then called me and said because it was an online order they wouldn'tdo that :( what!!! But they would credit my account for the mistake, but they never did. The next order was the right pizza butthere was almost no cheese or sauce....boo ????. Read more
