I?ve been to this location 3 times, all with the same end result. The first time, I was in line for 25 minutes, with only just a... few cars in line. When I got to the window, I sat there for over 5 mins before anyone even acknowledged me. They were very rude.When I got home, they had messed up my order (Texas whopper was made like a basic cheese burger) the second time, which happened2 days ago, I was given 2 chicken jrs and had ordered a classic chicken meal, which I never received. The 2 chicken jrs wereburnt. I called the store and had to call 7 times before anyone picked up. I was polite, as I have worked in the restaurantbusiness before (at another bk location) so understand mistakes happen, but was giving them the benefit of the doubt. The ladytook my name and wrote it on the board. She asked if I had a receipt and I said no they didn?t give me one, to which sheresponded ?yeah, they are bad about that.? She said I could come by anytime. We showed up yesterday and I told them what thelady told me, and they were confused and asked what time I called and who spoke to. I told them what the order was supposed tobe, and they told me to pull forward. Once getting to the window, nobody said anything again for a few minutes while we satthere, then a guy opened the window and shoved the bag out saying, ?here you go.? And slammed the window shut. Upon gettinghome, the 2 chicken jrs were burnt again and they had stuck a chicken jr on a whopper bun with a piece of lettuce for me. Thechicken was also not fresh. I tried calling again, but nobody answered again, but to what point? Don?t go to this location.Everyone is rude, there is no customer service, nobody makes the food correct, and it is extremely slow. Went here when we got screwed over by another restaurant. I don?t know the guys name that helped us, but he hooked it up with... the ranch. 10/10 would go again. Hot fresh food and crispy soda. Read more

The drive-thru was open but they had locked the lobby earlier than the hours posted. I understand they were short staffed so it... makes sense. They need to figure out a way to let stores manage the app because I've had a lot of issues in general regardingThe Burger King app and the store not being able to do anything regarding issues. Only car in line , clueless staff. Took awhile to get our food.Hands me my bag, I go to check it and she says "oh I forgot one... of your fries" . Then I actually check the bag she forgot my lettuce wrap burger. Get home to find out that my 2 doublecheeseburgers had single patties. Read more

I've gone by here at least five times the last few months and it be closed during the day. Decent staff, they get my order right... 75% of the time... Nice dining area though. But the constantly coming here and they are closed during business hours has ruinedmy expectations for them... Otherwise I'd come all the time. Read more

My partner and I love going to this place but our recent visit left a bad taste in my mouth After ordering our burgers, I... ordered milkshakes as well. The boy at the counter looked to his manager, Roberto I believe was his name. And Roberto theManager shook his head and said no, because the machine was "broken" No big deal. Later into the meal, this manager comes andsits down in the dine in area (which was very dirty) and after he gets up and goes back to the counter he says to that sameworker, "We can make milkshakes now. I just didn't wanna make them earlier. They're such a pain." Like really? It's sad andpitiful to watch a grown man that's more lazy than the 16 and 17 year-olds that he employs. Very disorganized. I got a $6.00 double burger special. It was okay for the good price. Looked like one manager was trying to... train her "whole"crew. Cashier, window and cooks. Along with phone in orders, to go. I understand. People are trying to fullyopen up after Covid. How about training when your not open? Read more

Mobile ordered for pick up at this location through the app and find out upon arriving the drive thru is closed along with the... lobby but there is clearly cars parked out in front which I believe are the workers and shortly after one of the employee wasseen walking out in uniform, so I don't know what is going on since it says it closes at 10p at this location but my card hadalready been charged and no way to get my food. Edit: I'm going to give benefit of the doubt and say they close at 8pm insteadof the listed 10pm but has not been updated on either maps or bks app/site. I'm going to guess due to staff shortage and thatthe employees aren't at fault. Read more
