I work night shifts and the baristas never come out. The barista last night put up a sign that said they're on a 10 minute... break. I assume they just put it up and I wait, I soon realized this break was not 10 mins and I was not getting my coffeebefore work. If you can't work nights then don't, because there are other people who work nights who need their coffee. This hashappened with several baristas only at this location so I suggest that this bigfoot should NOT be 24hrs if the baristas don'twanna work. I will never go to this one again instead go to the south hill one! The baristas for some reason make better coffeeand don't burn the espresso shots. - Sincerely a long time customer who only got an hour of sleep and no coffee before work. Read more

First off please check photos as I added the menu prices for the drink I ordered and the Barista who told me the prices were... wrong on the menu, she couldn't do anything for me and if I didn't want to pay the new prices to get lost. I ordered a 24ozwhite chocolate AMERICANO (that's ice, water, coffee shots, and white chocolate powder). The total was 3.75 she tried to chargeme over 6 dollars. I'm not paying 6 dollars for shots, ice water and powder. That's insane. Your company is trying to charge melike I wanted a 24 oz glass of whole milk. It isn't a latte. Also if you have new prices, post them, don't scam people at thewindow saying your menu and prices have changed and not post prices because you know most people are too afraid to call you onripping them off. You guys used to be in one of my favorites but the customer service and inconsistency of how good my coffee taste is more... negative experiences than positive anymore so now I will avoid your stands.. your new policy that you can't buy a cup for ice isridiculous, you need to train your baristas on how to make espresso's most of them do not know how and I don't feel like buyinga $7 quad shot 12 oz mocha that tastes like mud and bird shots that is way too hot when I can go up to Dutch Bros and get what Iwant for literally half the price. Drink was way to strong, girls have a very rude attitude especially the younger ones. Seems they care more to gossip amongst... each other than talk to the customer. The only positive I will say is they recently got a new employee and she was more thanfriendly on my last visit. Read more
