I like this place well enough, and the staff is super pleasant, but I’d highly highly suggest you advise staff to take breaks... out of view. It’s super frustrating to be in line and see 2-3 staff members eating, talking, and standing at the end while animpatient line forms and one person is ringing out guests. It feels really unfair to both the people in line and the personbehind the counter who have to answer the question of why people are behind the counter but not helping with the line (oreating!) Always like the pretzels, but the prices are ridiculous. I think 1 cheese should come with a pretzel, not $99 cents per cheese.

I was there at about 820 and they were out of pretzels without salt and I was there to buy 6 of them. But they informed me that... they weren't gonna be making any more for the night. All snooty. Ok?! And then the cheese was like they packaged it themselvesand it was like some ghetto nacho cheese sauce from Walmart. ????????And the pretzels we did end up getting were so nasty wejust ended up throwing EVERYTHING away.???? Maybe if the invested 1/2 as much time chit chatting into their JOB you know thething that they are getting PAID TO DO????... maybe then I would have left there happy????. The customer service was cool, honestly not bad at all... but as soon as you taste those pretzels then it hits you these... "pretzels" taste like cardboard legit those cheap frozen pretzels you find at Walmart or anywhere else are 100% better. Read more
Very disappointed in the service at this location. There's a sign on the pretzel case says buy 4 get 2. No * or fine print on... the display card. They told us it's not a written rule but we have been told by the manager that they are not allowed to honorthat on a weekend. Technically the RCW require you too honor the advertising. The worst part was how rude the girl was aboutit. There are plenty of other ways to spend your hard earned money. Pass on this joint. There is no excuse for bad customerservice.
