Went with a larger party and the waitress was friendly but not very attentive unfortunately. I honestly don't even remember if... she told us her name. The food was good however and came out in a timely manner for having a relatively decent sized party!Appetizers were delicious and the arancini fried risotto balls were delicious. Unfortunately I chose the Garlic Chicken pasta asan entree and it wasn't that great. The sauce I thought was going to be thicker but it was super thin and watery and didn'tstick to the food. Worst service ever. Servers talking and hanging out with customers at the bar. Finally got my food order. This is fish and... chips. Terrible over fried fish and a ton of fries to hide it and had to go to a servers station to get a napkin and utensils.Girl just dropped off plate and left without a word. Terrible. What we use to consider to be a five star restaurant has now like everything else in this country go downhill. The service was... awful and overpriced, they were not what the advertised to be. We had a better meal for half the price with drinks and betterservice at Applebees last week. Yet we have been regulars here for sometime. Strongly suggest looking elsewhere before cominghere. This is one of those no star reviews if there was such a thing. The staff lack personality. My partner and I were seated at a... booth with glass which looked like it hadn?t been washed in ages. Food or drink splatters on both the glass, wall and even thetable looked half clean. Can you imagine what the cooking area looks like? I ordered a Swiss mushroom burger. The burger washalf a size smaller than the bun. The bun, if you could call it that, was more like a flat bread. It might have been better toserve it on wonder bread. Terrible. For the price and experience and hygiene, I would ask that you eat somewhere else. Read more
