If I could leave a zero star I would! This location is by far the absolute worst dominos I?ve ever been to. The customer service... is absolutely horrible, The pizza is never made correctly, and coupons and national discounts are not honored at this location.A burnt Digornio pizza at home would be 1000 times better than ordering pizza from Domino?s. I would give them zero stars if I could. The wait has always been longer than it should be. Tonight I ordered a pizza for what I... thought would be a quick, easy dinner. Little did I know, it would take 2 hours to get my pizza. I ordered at 5pm. At 6pm, Icalled to see if we could just come pick up our order. I called four different times and sat on hold for almost 10 minutes eachtime. I finally gave up and got the notification that the delivery was on its way at 6:40. Next time, I will go somewhere else.Management needs some serious help. Read more
Long wait, poor management. Guy in the back was extremely rude and cussing at the drive through guy with me and other customers... in the lobby. Drive through guy was just trying to find out about someone's order that was at the window to inform them. Read more
We've lived out here for 3 years and I definitely notice a difference after the pandemic. The delivery driver is always super... nice and super apologetic for the wait time (without mentioning frustration). I've never loved dominoes but it's a good valueand it's quick and easy. Now it's easy but I have to keep in mind it will take a while to receive our order. I'm reasonable andunderstand that it's not that they don't know what they're doing, they just don't have enough employees. I just wish there was away when you placed your order they could say "hey, were having a busy night and staff is limited so you're wait time will bethis" at least then I could give snacks. That being said it's been like this for a month or so. I've ordered earlier. Andthey've also reached out to me. Like I said, it's it's staffing issue, and I'm sure that's beyond frustrating. They are extremely slow was quoted 20 to 22 mins online needless to say 45 mins later I'm still in the lobby waiting. Food is... usually decent from this location but they are slow. Staff doesn't seem to know whats going on. Read more
