The food was very fast and hot. We got take out for 8 people. The chicken dishes were good. The Hunan shrimp was all celery. Used to be the best Chinese food in the area. Food is still ok, but the portion sizes are quite a bit smaller and their prices... continue to increase. The amount of rice they give you is a joke. Not a favorite anymore. Read more
Before moving to eastern loudoun county I used to think Pens was great. Tried it for the first time in over 10 years after... moving back to the area and were we sorely disappointed. Fraudulent. The sushi that was ordered was fake and colored to look like actual tuna. Glad I thought twice didn't eat it and... didn't puke my guts out. The rice order was half the normal size of a rice order. The sushi roll was mayonnaise on top of fishflavored paste. Also did not eat. The "duck" wasn't duck at all. $60 on inedible food items that could've gotten be sick. Glad Ihad other dinner options. Tried calling the establishment but they were closed. What an insulting waste. Tuna doesn't peel.Spicy tuna isn't mayo. And Kung Pa duck is missing most of the ingredients it's supposed to have and oh yeah, the duck. Read more

Displeased with most other Chinese takeout in the surrounding area toward West Virginia, Pen's certainly offers higher quality... than others like it yet it's certainly nothing to recommend. For the portion sizes at the prices they are, meals are light andseem overpriced. Very little rice was included, while other locations are actually generous for it. While ordering takeout,picking up my order was actually the most negative aspect of my experience. I stood for over five minutes as two employeeswalked around in a completely empty store yet did not acknowledge me or someone else to welcome me. It was only after this timethat one employee finally appeared and urged me to pay with cash as opposed to using a card. Read more
