I think this place is getting worst all the time. Not this store but the entire company.
Besides that the Walmart Subway is hardly open now, I'm surprised that this store is even still open. For the past 5 years... whenever I've tried to call and place an order, NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE. Then I drive over there and everyone sitting on theirbutts or on smoke break. You can guarantee that if I didn't answer the phone at my business, people would not come back. IfSubway is forcing us to use the ordering app, then they need to give Pay In Store as an option. This is why we only eat hereabout 4 times a year now. It's gonna take a whole new group of people to get the Subways in Purcell up to par w the rest of thesurrounding cities. Read more
Waited in drive through at the menu for 10 minutes, no one answered the speaker, then I drove around to the window and 3... different workers passed by the window, none of them stopping. Finally a girl stopped with blond/blue hair and as I was tryingto tell her I was worried the drive through bell or speaker doesn?t work she started talking over me and not even allowing me tospeak. Sad thing is, the two only employees who were there were slow and slightly uncoordinated with what they were doing. One was... behind the counter, the other had to work the drive-thru but still had to make the orders from the drive-thru at the counter.However, the good things were that it was a Sunday and it wasn't overly busy for them. Also they were both very polite andattentive to the orders. So I guessed they were new at being on their own without someone hovering over them and were both stillsomewhat inexperienced and nervous. They don't pay attention to "less" or "more" from the app. My wife's had so much proper on it, she threw it away. I got a call... from management really fast. He made it right so I am upping my review from 2 to 4 stars. I still recommend going inside andmaking sure your food is made right. Read more
I usually get pretty good food from here but for some reason, when I got it a couple days ago, the bread was literally STALE. It... was crunchy and hard and dry as a desert and just absolutely disgusting. I couldn't even eat it. I did NOT get it toasted. Itwas literally just dry and stale. So gross. Don't give people stale bread next time, please, thanks. Read more
Just love this Subway. The female staff are very friendly and nice very professional as well as friendly. Amy is just amazing.... Would not go anywhere else. 2 thumbs up. Ty for the great experience every time I come there. Read more
Quick service, usually pretty clean. Good sandwiches when made correctly.
