I have 2 instances to review: 1. I took my mother to this Punxsy Subway because we had coupons, however, the girl making our... sandwiches cussed us out and threw names and slurs at us because she didn?t like it when customers used the coupons. What makesit worse, when we told the manager, he was giving us reasons why her behavior was warranted and, to our knowledge, no reprimandtook place. I?ve never given a negative review of anywhere before, then again, no employee has ever cussed out my mom beforewhile the manager approved the behavior. 2. At another point, on multiple occasions, I went to subway around 9:20/9:30pm afterworking. The sign says they close at 10:00pm and the young workers that were there looked at me an sternly exclaimed that theywere closed, as though I should have already known, even though the sign says they close at 10:00pm. The young man working Sunday 5/16/2021 around 4:30pm was awesome. Very friendly, made an amazing looking salad and chicken... bacon ranch sub. The best subway experience I think I have ever had. I wish I would of gotten his name so I could of postedthat on here as well. Read more
If I could rate a zero I would. The one person working here is rude and had the nerve to tell at a customer. They made the subs... that I ordered online wrong and their excuse was they are busy and training a new person, they couldn't even apologize for theirmistake, plus they are not even wearing masks. I will NEVER use this Subway again! Read more
This is one of the worst Subway restaurants I have gotten food from. We normally place out order online, and pick it up. Every... online order we have placed has been wrong upon pick up. I called the store and the owner and staff argued with me regardingwhat I ordered and how it was made. The owner stated ?we tried our hardest sir?. He then proceeded to tell me that if I wasn?tto come back, he will give me the toppings to take back home and put onto my sub myself. He then asked ?what business is this??It was only when I told him that it was not a business that he stated ?if you would like to bring the sub back, I can make youanother one?. Thus causing me to not actually have lunch with my wife and kids. The owner was very argumentative as well as thestaff. This was the most recent visit. Another occasion I ordered a sub the could not be eaten due to the meat beingspoiled. I would not recommend anyone come to this particularly Subway. Read more
Generally, service is good here however I got a lot of attitude from who I assume is the manager today. I placed an order and... used a coupon. I asked for an option I got for no charge last week. As I went to pay, the manager said it would be an up chargeand I said ok I just won't choose that option then. He proceeded to get quite irritated and basically made it seem like he wasdoing me some great favor. He ended up honoring the coupon but it was a somewhat tense situation with other customers in there.Strange for him to react that way. Read more
