It took us 10 minutes to get our drinks ordered and 20 minutes to even get our drinks. Then we finally got to order (Large... pepperoni pizza) and we waited an hour for if before the waitress came to our table and said the chef hadn't seen our order, sowe waited another 30 minutes only for the waitress to return and say our pizza was ready and she'd bring it out soon. We waitedanother 10 minutes then when we finally got our pizza it was so greasy the cheese was sliding straight off. We decided to justleave and we didn't even receive a discount after everything. Honestly the worst dining experience we've ever had. We will notbe returning anytime soon. Update: reheated one of the slices and found a hair under the cheese so disgusting!! Read more

Called in at 3:28pm asked to have pizzas at 430pm . Not only did they not have them ready they had no clue of the phoned in... order I placed . So after 15-20 minutes they decided to make new pizzas . Waited another 1/2 hour 45 minutes for the pizzas meanwhile another customer walks in orders a large steak pizza same pizza I'm waiting for , the steak pizza final came out andyep the Buffalo chicken was still in the oven another 10 minutes longer, I went to check out and pay not only was the staffcompletey rude and ignorant for there very own screw up but rather then being the responsible business they should have been andtaken the bill down considering it was there employee who never entered the order in There computer system or whatever but heleft the hand written order laying on the Counter by where they make pizza . Yes we all make mistakes but seriously don'tbecome ignorant arrogant with a customer that not only you made wait another hour but couldn't even give them a discount foryour screw ups and ignorance with your employees. If that job is that hard and causes that much stress then hire people with awork ethic and manners and responsible ones that take a mistake own it and make right by it last time I'll spend another dollarin this restaurant and we've been long time customers. Went to pick up order, told 30mins. .I understand when you hit a peak time, but, wow...30 more min wait, no side salads with my... dinners, chicken planks and fries cold and soggy....good luck with future customers. Read more

UPDATE: It was good, now the pepperoni is different. Not sure I'll be back for the pizza when I can replicate the same thing... with cheap pepperoni, sauce, and cheese from the local grocery store. Prices are high for the quality of food offered andinconsistencies. I do not know what happened to the pizza. It used to be so good and a top choice of mine. Now it is totallydifferent, the cheese is different as is the dough and potentially the sauce and pepperoni. Went there to eat the other night,waited at least 40 minutes for a sandwich because I refuse to buy their pizza after the changes and only 3 tables of people werethere. Multiple requests were left unfulfilled. Suggest bringing back the old recipes and pizza...the new recipe is not up topar and people are noticing. Read more

Large portions. Good vibes.

I've been here twice so far. The first time I got a cheese steak and my wife got a small Hawaiian pizza - both were delicious.... The second time we stopped in for lunch and grabbed a few pieces by the slice. These were also very tasty. Staff was verycourteous and approachable each time. I have been getting pizza from here for 20 plus years, we loved their cheese steak pizza. I'm not sure what happened, it is not... the same. Our pizza was nothing but a bunch of big dry air bubbles. I called to complain and the manager wouldn't even get onthe phone. As someone who worked in a pizza shop, I never would of sent a pizza out the door looking like that. It was tastelessand dry.
