Has way more potential. The location itself is very nice with sitting opportunities inside and outside right on the water but it... feels a bit like a cantina somehow. It?s modern but not really a cozy place to stay at. I think they aim for like asustainability / ecological / save the turtele kinda vibe but that doesn't quite show through with giving you plastic cups andstraws. Anyway, the cutlery and the plates seem to be compostable. The portions are really small for that price, neverthelessthe food was ok. We had a caesar salad which was very good, the philly sandwich was okay but had very little meat on it and thesmallest cole slaw as a side we?ve ever seen. It?s a bit sad that they don?t offer other side dishes like bread or fries. Alsowe?ve missed some more options for beverages but we didn?t checked the bar (which seemed to be newly installed). Besides thatwe?ve felt like they lack on personal (or want to save money) because there were just one waitress for the entire local. I hopethey?ll do something and use the potential they have to get much better! Read more

I do NOT know who thought this menu item would be a good idea to serve for $9!!! When I ordered I was expecting a nice melted... cheese dip but when it arrived I was greeted with cold hard sup par cheese and crackers that you would get at the dollar store. Not to mention that I had to wait 15 minutes before this terrible appetizer even appeared. Never ordering from here again. Read more

We had a good experience at turtle bay. The service was very professional. The food tasted very good and well seasoned.... Unfortunately my food arrived cold (I had the meatloaf) so I can't give 5 stars. But I'll give 4 because of the service andflavor Read more

My girlfriend and I stumbled upon Turtle Bay after a less than ideal day. Luckily, Tina was in charge of the bar and she... completely turned our night around. She was friendly, open, and fun. She made us some fantastic margaritas, told us about somegreat places we should visit around the area, and was generally an amazing person to meet. Tina made Turtle Bay into a warm, memorable experience for us, and she is the main reason that we will return to Turtle Bay. Read more

Went there with a group of about 10. My "dinner" consisted of 2 pulled pork sliders and a bag of chips for the low low price of... $12. (Really $6 apiece for a slider?) The pork was old, dry, and chewy as if microwaved for too long/too many times. Others inthe party enjoyed their other entrees. The salads looked fresh. You have to order at the counter from a sandwich board sign. They are installing a bar so hopefully the atmosphere will be more pleasant. Biggest take away for me is the high prices. Iunderstand waterfront comes with a price but the food needs to be much, much better prepared and presented for what they arecharging. Maybe I'll return after the bar is open. Read more
