Worse subway ever I asked the young guy with a beard if there were specials he abruptly said no then he says Too many people ask... him that question !! Where is the training He was was not completely rude but not friendly! I had a tuna on wheat bread Wasstale and not fresh even my wife said they the bread was not good there in the past All I am asking is a little moreprofessionalism and Better bread more fresh I have eaten at about 100 Subways in this country and have been in Restaurant thebusiness and know what?s fresh and what?s not!! Stopped by Subway last night on the way home from the airport around 8:45pm. The teenage girl behind the counter was rude,... threw the meat aggressively back into the containers when she was corrected on the sandwich, then proceeded to tell us thatshe?s a minor and isn?t allowed to serve people beyond 9pm. It was 8:45pm; she was definitely not the sharpest tool in theshed. Because if her poor communication skills d attitude, we will not visit this Subway again. Read more

Awful awful service employee came from outside with pepperoni in his hands did not wash his hands before preparing my turkey and... ham footlong sub. Slopped sauce over entire sandwich after I told him only half. This is subway in the Publix plaza.disguistingugh! Read more

So bad. Help is pretty lazy. Waited for 10 minutes while help was in the back and orders were getting backed up. When it was my... turn, he refused to open a box of egg whites for my breakfast order. They were just too busy. 25 minute wait fir online orderso I thought I would drop in. Big mistake. I walked out. Worst possible result for this franchise owner. Read more

Visited this Subway an hour before closing. (8pm) Although we placed a to-go order, I noticed the dine-in area was open. There... was a sign on the door indicating customer masks are required and the employee wore a mask the entire time. We were the onlycustomers during our visit. The employee behind the counter greeted us immediately as we entered. We were told to take our timeas we looked over the menu board and that he'd be happy to take our order whenever we were ready. The employee was friendly andprofessional, engaging with us in conversation as he prepared our food and while we paid for our order. The restaurant wasclean and orderly. I regularly go to this Subway because it is close to where I work. I usually order a Chicken Bacon Ranch wrap with lots of the... shredded cheddar blend (like extra x3). One of the managers, Sarah, picked up on this after a couple of times of me ordering thesame thing and started telling me she no longer had the shredded cheddar blend. Total lie. I went in today after not eating atthis Subway for awhile and ordered my usual and when she asked me what cheese I wanted I said "I would like a regular amount ofthe shredded cheddar blend, not extra." I was trying to be considerate since some of the other Subway employees had told me shecomplained about her cheddar blend inventory being way messed up. I figured I would just get a regular amount and add on aregular amount of sliced American to make it cheesy but not screw up her inventory. Well as soon as I told her what cheese Iwanted she started saying that the shredded cheddar blend was no longer allowed to go on the wraps. I knew this was also a liebecause I had literally just gotten the same thing from another Subway in town the day before without issues, complaints, orattitude. So I kind of weakly say "I didn't even want extra, just the regular amount." (I almost wanted to cry TBH). So Sarahproceeds to then turn her back on me, yank the cheese out of the fridge, slam the container and lid on the counter, and drop aPINCH of cheese on my wrap. You read that right! LITERALLY A SINGLE PINCH OF CHEESE! After seeing how little cheese she put onmy wrap I asked for extra sliced American seeing as she put only two tiny slices of that as well. That thankfully went over justfine but I still ended up walking to Publix next door and paying $5 for the cheese I should have gotten at Subway. I am very,very dissatisfied and I have never ever in my life been treated so poorly by an employee of a restaurant.
