This Pilot is really heroic. Just a week from the disaster, they already provide a full service except a shower. Food menu is... also a little limited what is fully understandable. My respect to all their workers! Read more
In the midst of recovery from a massive hurricane, this location has chosen to turn away the work crews that have driven down to... clear the way for the electric companies to restore power. To the GM: We are aware that these crews are not first responders,but without them, the rebuilding process would move much slower. People are nice at this truck stop but reserve parking website needs work. Don?t trust the site, check inside the store to make... sure the reservation went thru. Unfortunately now I?m left without parking. Read more
Small but nice.I've been to just about every Pilot/Flying J east of the Mississippi River because that's where our company fuel... cards are honored. This location has to be the cleanest Pilot I've been to (entire store AND Arby's) Both areas have verypleasant, sociable & helpful employees.I did my 34-hour reset here & it was surprisingly quiet. They keep the coffee area wellstocked & the entire store immaculately clean. My Arby's was both hot & fresh.Only negative is no laundry facilities.Silverlining...Walmart is next door & easily walkable. I'll definitely be back when in this area. Read more
Don?t get gas here. Our bank called us because of $151 was charged to our account. We did not authorize it. I called the store... and they said that they do that because they are a truck stop and they verify there is money in the account. Said it woulddisappear. That seems so wrong to me. Sure did screw up our account because now we have to get a new card. Read more
