Wow! This Dunkin? Donuts is so fast! I was already late to work because this was my second stop for donuts, the last Dunkin... would only let me get two dozen and I needed four. When I walked in, I was nervous because the line was 12 people deep but I gotin and out with my donuts in under 10 minutes. Excellent service! Read more

My neurodivergent son (18) was just fired from this location for accepting a tip. No one had explained the "tip rule" to him... when he was hired. He accepted a tip, then was told he isn't eligible for tips until after 3 days of working (he was a brandnew employee, this was his 3rd day of work). He explained he did not know this and hadn't been told their rules on acceptingtips and he has never worked a tipped position before... The tip was taken from him and he was promptly fired for being a thiefand a liability. Thanks for crushing his spirit. I will no longer buy coffee here as the management does not provide propertraining, or show compassion for their employees. If you expect someone to follow the rules, you need to teach them the rules. Read more

Whoever the younger man is that?s working on November 22nd 10am has horrible customer service. I come here every morning and... always have a great experience with I believe her name is Jessica. Today was very different. I had to wait 10 mins for my ordereven though it was a mobile order and everyone behind me was getting theirs handed to them when I had to pull up. They made mydrink completely wrong. I know how it?s supposed to be made, I get the same every morning. So when the young guy came out Iasked if he could remake it, he said what?s wrong with it and I said it?s not made right. He turned around and it with attitudethat it?s made correctly and then someone came out and said I have to come inside. I did a mobile order so I don?t have to goinside. I have a screaming baby in my car. what a horrible experience so I left of course because I can?t go inside and now Igot ripped off a drink since they took it.. Read more

I drove through last week, they did not have the egg white veggie bites I was hoping to try. But I got the BEST egg and cheese... bagel of ANY drive through around. Today, they had the egg white veggie bites, but just in case I didn't care for them, I gotthe egg and cheese croissant. A little more breakfast than intended, but all was great. Read more

DO NOT GO HERE, go to Starbucks across the street instead. I ordered a medium iced latte, it's about the same price as Starbucks... across the street. And Starbucks will make it right for you if you have a problem with your drink. I ordered less ice (I alwaysdo) and most places just filled it up with milk. This Dunkin just left it and when I asked they said that's what I ordered.Offered no help or apology. They also put a sticker over the hole for the straw. Now that seems like a good idea but thesticker didn't come off and now I can't put the straw into my drink. Read more

Ordered online before traveling, went through and got my coffees. I was waiting for my sandwiches and the lady at the window was... rude since I was still waiting at the window for them. She told me to pull up and wait so they can be remade. Waited 10 minutes?nothing. Couldn?t go inside to ask where they were because the line was backed up to the door. They need more people there tohelp or a change in management. I feel bad for the workers. Ridiculous. Read more
