First off I would like to say when people say they have a small burger they are lying. The burgers are definitely on the big... side. Honestly the best burger in town. On top of that my family and I had a great bar experience. Our bartender Dillonmemorized our 7 drink order, 5 of which were cocktails, and brought them out to us all 100% correct. Will definitely be goingback and ordering food and drinks. Read more

Very creative business, great use of space. Order via kiosks and just hang out! Food is great and getting better. I've been here... half a dozen times already. Read more

Nice atmosphere and a pretty cool place to take a date. The one thing I don't like is you order separately at a kiosk from... different food stations. And when they bring you the food it doesn't come at the same time. So you end up watching your date eator your date has to wait for you to have your food served. Read more

Pleasant and fun atmosphere, very underwhelming food. Lumberyard looks great! Beautiful building and a fun and creative... business idea. Customer service is on point and there is promise for a much needed good restaurant experience in Pullman.Especially when Moscow has many better options for food/drink. What Lumberyard suggests, is that this, essentially, is a bigfood truck gathering, and even inside, it looks like there are a bunch of different restaurants underneath a hub. The realityis, this is not the case. It is just one restaurant with many different food types. This means there can be no true focus on thefood when there are too many types. The biggest issue with the idea of a trendy food court, is that there are too many differentthings going on at once. As I understood it, there would be a bunch of different stores/vendors opening underneath theLumberyard building. This is not the case. What it is, is a bunch of different food types in one building - all owned andoperated by a single entity. This isn't inherently a bad idea, but what it does, (as was seen from my experience and others inmy group), was that the quality of food goes by the wayside. I think that was the predicate of the business plan: have a trendycool vibe, but food quality will suffer. There is just too much going on to focus efforts on everything. Bottom line: Lumberyardis a good place to hand out with the family, but if you want better eats; look to Moscow as you've done before. Read more

They've been in their cold open and working out kinks. But every time we've been in changes big and small have been made to... improve the experience, and they are open to and appreciate feedback. Some food runs out, some comes different than ordered- butlet me tell you, all of the meat we have had here has been absolutely amazing. Perfectly cooked, amazingly tender and flavored-hands down the best steak I have ever had at an establishment! We're still going and look forward to seeing what they grow into. Read more
