UPDATED last few visits much improved. No problems.. 1st visit ordered tea.... got coffee because they had no tea. Threw coffee... away 1 block later. I would of opted for nothing. No chose and no substitution of my chose which would of been the way to handleit. Their lattes are surprisingly good,. Place needs to be cleaned more frequently . On both sides of the counter....
I went to get a matcha latte with less ice and the blond guy serving was entirely rude. Put so much ice in my drink I couldn?t... put the straw in. I went back through and showed him the drink and receipt and he was very angry, then left with him saying?have fun? Read more
