I literally go to Starbucks twice a day but never to this location again. The girl didn't even know how to make my drink and... then tried to argue when I nicely asked her to add the milk. She said, "it doesn't come with milk". This girl didn't even knowhow to do her own job and she was so very rude for no reason. I miss Jordan being the manager because this wouldn't fly withhim. I went to grab a quick bite and my interaction with staff was not what I normally encounter at Starbucks. After a poor... experience at the counter it looked liked I had undercooked egg bites too. I threw away half of the order. I overheard one ofthe employees say they had turned in their two weeks while I ate at a nearby table. This "short-timing" employee is poorlyrepresenting the brand and this location. I'll just go to another Starbucks next time. I'm pretty sure there is one a few blocksaway. Read more
Pre ordered went through drive thru...the people here are so friendly and great customer service.... minus the ridiculous set up... in this shopping center...people get so mad at starbucks customers waiting in the drive thru lol...not a fan of the strawberryfunnel cake frappuccino...just doesnt taste good as a coffee or with coffee. This is literally the specific Starbucks I go to to get glasses and travel mugs. This location seems to have some the more... unique designs that are hard to find. And the staff are lovely, always positive and smiling which makes for a better coffee shopexperience. Read more
The manger Jordan is an absolute sweetheart! And I didn?t get the girls name that took my order but she had space bun she help... me pick out a yummy drink. This Starbucks was by far the nicest when it comes to customer service! And so fast! Mind you thiswas all during the cup release on March 2. I dropped this location down two stars because after very reliable patronage, they ran out of the flavor syrup that we order... and were out for about a week. (Maybe longer. But we have not been back after the week of not having it.) After going to adifferent location, we found out that there is a difference in the Starbucks. Some are corporate and some are not. Thecorporate location chuckled when we described the issue we were having with the above location and explained that corporatelocations do not have as many issues with inventory. We will probably not go back to this location. But with a Starbucks onevery corner, we don't really have to. Read more
The past few times I?ve gone in they?ve always gotten something about my order wrong. They mistake pumps of peppermint for... espresso, and it ruins the entire order. They are also very sloppy with measurements so even if you get the same order everytime, it will most likely taste different than the last. They don?t mix the drinks well and a few of the employees have terriblecustomer service. I haven?t had this issue with any of the other Starbucks. Read more
