Wow. I have never had such a bad experience with McDonald?s in my life. Literally waited for a half hour in the drive through... AFTER I placed my order and didn?t even make it to the pay window. The very least they could have done was had an employee comeout and explain what on earth was happening. I finally just left! I will NEVER go to this location again! Read more
McDonald?s could use some better cleaning
My order is usually correct but when using the drive through, the last 3 times in a row I was ask to wait a moment just to have... the empty drive through next to me get a car and get their order taken first. The first time the empty drive through had twocars pull up and get their order and get in line before my order was taken. I wouldn't suggest this place if you have any timeobligations. Read more
Who ever was doing drive thru on July 25, 2022 between 8-9pm was amazing. Best customer service I have had in a long time at a... fast food place. The whole team was above average and for the first time, I got everything I ordered. Ok, not my chocolate shakebut person at drive thru really made the let down bearable ????and I got a strawberry instead, no big deal or loss really. Greatjob to the night crew, keep it up! Read more
There was a sheet of paper in one of our Quarter Pounders!!!!! So, beware! Look at your food before you eat it! When we took it... back, we received NO APOLOGY; the gentleman at the front counter giggled and made jokes about it with the other staff. He failedto do anything other than replace the burger. Ordered the meal with 2 big Macs, 2 fries and 20 mcnuggets. I get home there's only 1 big Mac instead of 2 and french fry... containers are only half full at best. I called and was told I could come back to get 1 Big Mac, I explained that by the time Idrive 15 minutes each way to get the Big Mac that our meal would be ruined, cold and not worth even eating, I wanted the wholemeal made fresh so it'd be edible, but they wouldn't do that at all. They told me I could come pick up 1 big Mac at a later dateand told me to tell them I had talked to the manager that day, as if whoever is working when I came in would believe me for oneand what would I do with a lone big Mac?
