I LOVE Mae's every drink I've tried is amazing! They're food is great! The employees are so kind. It's a very welcoming place,... with tables, couches and chairs to relax, drink coffee, eat, and chat! They're family friendly, and we're so patient with myfour year old! I love them! Read more
avoid RENIA. After waiting 40 minutes for ONE coffee..I waited 15 minutes at least before being helped and then Renia asked me... to pull up and all I ordered was one coffee and she said they would bring it out. While I waited another 20 minutes at least,watching them help the lady behind me as they gave her my coffee because Renia is incompetent, and didnt tell the owner that iwas waiting, which I had to pull back through the drive-through so they could make me another coffee and wait again.. Yessupposedly the owner said she talked to her and she tried to make it right. It is sad that they keep staff like that And peopledo make mistakes but this lady was rude as soon as she helped me so I don?t think it was a mistake and if they can?t handle thedrive-through and people coming inside because they are short staffed then they should close the drive-through. Great coffee but there is a consistent excruciatingly long wait in both the drive-thru line and the counter line inside of the... coffee shop. The employees and manger are unconcerned with the wait and continue to work at a snail?s pace. I would avoid theircoffee shop and go to one who understands efficiency. Read more
