We waited 90 mins and they still didn?t make our food. We walked out. The entire place was full of people but no one had food.... The waitress said the cook was learning how to make their menu food and it be ?longer?. Waited 90 mins just to wait longer? Nothank you. Was our first time coming here and it will be our last. I had the chicken fried chicken sandwich and I was very happy with the overall food quality. The time it took for a waitress to... notice us and take the order was painfully slow, but the food made up for that. It arrived hot and all of the service waspleasant. I would highly reccomend to anyone that might be in pueblo west! Read more
We've been twice. The first time, the food was good. The service was ok, not spectacular. We had to listen to the waitstaff... complain about another staff member and a personal issue they were having. This morning, we went in and watched as the twotables seated AFTER us were given their drinks and had their orders taken while we sat and waited. Our server kept walking byand saying, "I'll be with you in a minute". But she just kept doing other things. After several minutes of this, we decided itwas time to go elsewhere where we could actually get some service. Delicious food with very generous portions. The staff was friendly and the service was quick. It does get a little noisy since... there aren't any dividing walls between tables. There are not many places anymore that will leave a pot of coffee at your table,but they do it here. That's old-fashioned service and I like it. Read more
My chicken was cold but it was fully cooked so I'm guessing I was just the first up and the last served. The chairs and tables... for seating are a little close to one another you sort of feel like you're eating with whoever's next to you as well... Read more
