Staff closed lobby "due to the wind", but there was no wind. We had to go through the drive through and sit on the outside... patio. No sign visible in window saying lobby closed. Always always an issue. If the crew here would put half as much energy into just filling the order as they do trying to come up... with excuses and whine about how busy they are they would have no issues. We've only experienced one successful in and out pickup at this location other than that it's usually a train wreck of some sort. We don't recommend ordering for delivery from thisMerchant and we definitely don't recommend picking up from this Merchant. Read more

Fast, friendly, a good atmosphere, and plenty of seating!
The staff is great and of course with so many ice cream choices can't go wrong. We got a DIY Sunday Kit it was amazing.
Came into this place to pick up an order, The staff was slammed! They were holding it together tho, and expedited my to go... order. The hustle and teamwork I witnessed was a refreshing change of pace and a welcome sight indeed! I had the coffee ice cream and it was very good. Just 1 scoop is plenty for me and very satisfying. They have tons of options... and friendly staff who offered me samples without me having to ask. Great experience, thanks! Read more
