Extremely rude and unprofessional customer service. They don't deserve your money!! Purchased 7 smoothies and wanted to pay... half with card, half with cash. The cashier was very rude and told me I should have let her know that from the start. Purchased16 smoothies today, went in and was told it will take a whopping hour and half to make them so I went back to work, they werepretty rude about it as well. It took 10 minutes to make 7 but an hour and half to make 16, absolutely unacceptable waittime. When my co workers went to pick the smoothie up they smoothie workers asked them if I was still upset and talking andabout me. This is terrible customer service. Read more
My son and I noticed this place driving to the gym yesterday, and stopped to check it out. In Pueblo, there aren't really any... smoothie cafes I'm aware of. We used to have a few (I can recall one being where Wing Stop now sits on Elizabeth St), butthey've all shut down, so it's nice to finally see another one. When we arrived, there were two workers, and maybe 5 or 6customers, sitting at the tables waiting for their order. It was obvious from the lack of a greeting, that the workers werebusy. Within maybe 10min, all of the customers inside had received their orders and left. It would be another maybe 5 minutes ofawkward silence, as they appeared to clean up. Still no acknowledgement of us. Just as I was about to say something, one of theworkers finally looked up and asked if we were ready to order. From that point on, it was a pretty good experience. The workerwas super friendly, which I wasn't expecting, as was the other worker when he gave us the drinks. The drinks were pretty good aswell. To be honest, I was pretty surprised at their customer service, given the long time without any acknowledgement. While Ithink it's still important to make that acknowledgement/greeting almost immediately after a customer walks in, I'm going tochalk it up as a one off, and attribute it to them getting slammed right before we arrived, which I can understand. Sometimes I'm here 3 times a week but lately it just hasn't been as good. The wraps and flat breads use to taste and look really... good but lately they've just been cold or way too much of one ingredient in them. Yesterday though our smoothies were basicallyjust a juice. No ice to them at all. Had 3 sips of my wife's and mine and just couldn't even finish them. I'm hoping things getback to the way they were when they first opened. Read more
I've had a few issues with this tropical smoothie. Today was not great, I went to get out of my car and I picked up my cup like... normal but the cup broke on me and exploded all over me, lost half of my smoothie. On several occasions the quesadilla was coldand stale. I'm super disappointed that the quality of this place had gone down since it is/was one of my favorite lunch spots. Read more
Last night was my first time going to any Tropical Smoothie. I got the Beach Bum smoothie and the Chicken Caeser wrap, and an... apple on the side which came out to $13.64. Everything was delicious! The place was clean and bright, and the girl at thecounter was polite and helpful. She made a few suggestions since it was my first time in. They might need to invest in somemore outdoor furniture since it looks like this is going to become a popular hangout spot! Read more
Once upon a time I was working really hard with my buddy Frank. Slaving away to help maintain a world enslaved by Corona virus... with our aptitude and experience to help those technologically less fortunate. Nearing the lunching hour we had a craving forsomething both delicious and refreshing. We had heard of Tropical Smoothie Cafe, but not had any experience in their deliciousways. Upon entering the facility you would have seen our mouths agape had they not been covered by our covid masks. Superdelicious smoothies AND wraps! We had thought the food would be sub par, but we were pleasantly surprised! We ate the Bajachicken and Thai chicken wraps flanked by the Blimey Limey and Watermelon Mojito smoothies. Went here a few months ago to get a sandwhich and smoothie. Both were really good. I got the Bahama Mamma and the Pesto chicken... sandwhich. The smoothies here are best in Town no doubt. Received assistance from Danae whom was really nice and patient whentaking my order (I can be difficult).They are open early and stay open pretty late which is nice to go and get a quality bitethroughout the day.
