I had huge expectations because it was so packed full of patrons for a Th night. We had a hard time seeing about four parties... being seated ahead of us even though we had reservations. Something was leaking above us so we had to change tables. The shrimpwas about the only terrible item. Decent prices for decent food. Read more

I don't think it was worth the money. Each entree came with a salad that was the best part of the meal. Sorry, no pics of the... salad. One chicken dish was to come with cheese, mushrooms onions and side of corn. Missed the corn and cheese. Brought it outto see this cold bowl of melted cheese. Corn had a funky flavor. My soup spoonnwas plastic when all other silver was metal. Lookat reviews for other places in the area, and I am sure youn will find better. Read more

We visit Texas Roadhouse often and, when Jay is the manager, we always have a great experience. He regularly checks tables,... ensuring customers are satisfied with their food and he performs the uncommon task of actually visiting with his customers. Onone occasion we had an issue and he made it right without making us feel uncomfortable. We felt it's important to point out howmuch this adds to the overall experience of eating at a restaurant, as prioritizing customer satisfaction is getting moreuncommon these days. Thank you, Jay! The impression of the hostess and front door staff is very unprofessional, we talk to the manager on site, for the hostess is... the gate keeper to your establishment, and reason why places then get reviews like this, due to their nonchalant attitude. Wewere passing through town and stopped here. Beer is large option here, however you ask for medium stake you will get well done.Would say stick with a good cut on stake too, prices are good, place has sticky on table's, however lots of parking optionswhich is nice. This place is always busy but using the wait list online was simple fast and easy. Our waitress Sarah was great very friendly... and attentive. Food was good, the chicken fried steak and chicken critters were a bit salty and the onion blossom has gotten somuch smaller. All the food was good though and the margaritas were yummy! Read more

The food was fabulous, as it is at all of the Texas Roadhouses I've ever visited. Fresh, hot rolls, too hot to touch! The steak... was cooked to perfection, the garden salads were crisp and chilled as they should be, and we truly enjoyed my dad's 79thbirthday dinner. As a restaurateur myself, I want to brag about the service we received. I so wish I could recall his name, hewas fabulous. He was in a great mood, which certainly can set the atmosphere for the duration of the meal, and he paid attentionto every detail regarding our special food requests. He was excellent at upselling product, especially blue cheese crumbles, appetizers, and asking if we wished to have our steaks 'smothered'. He was quick to refill our drinks before we ran dry, quickto remove our empty dishes, and just right-down courteous. I was so impressed that I gave him a 35% tip. This server seemed totruly enjoy what he was doing and it showed. He even took the time to explain to me how their 'tip pooling' works and the policyon allowing dogs inside of the restaurant. I have eaten at an unbelievable number of restaurants in my life, and I will have toplace this one in my Top 10 for both service and food perfection. I would have taken more photos but I could not wait to carveinto my steak. Read more

Great dining experience at Texas roadhouse in pueblo Colorado. The food and the service are excellent. We're visiting Colorado... and was craving for a steak. I'm glad we found this place. We ordered their rib eye steak and it was cooked perfectly. Theyalso have unlimited bread which was so good. There's a long line when we arrived but since we signed for a wait list on line itwas not so bad. I recommend that you go and sign in on line for the waitlist so you don't have to wait long in the restaurant. When you signed in, it gives you an estimated time when you'll be seated. They will then send you a text message when seat isavailable. I definitely recommend Texas Roadhouse.. Read more
