First bad experience was waiting over an hour in the drive thru. Then decided to go in on the next visit. Waited over a half... hour for my order with noone ahead of me in line! While waiting i watched the employees making the food. Not once did theychange they're disgusting gloves!! All the while, touching they're dirty clothes, heads, and everything in between, thentouching more food! I was appalled at how gross this was. I had to walk out without my order! Yuck! So...obviously I keep coming to this location and have been for over 5 years so it isn't terrible. It does need improvement... though. Customer service depends on the day(usually not terrible). They are very good at messing up your order 90% of the time.Forget about dining inside because it is always a mess. They go through multiple different managers yearly. The biggestcomplaint is messing up your drive thru order. However... If you go before 4:30pm your order will usually be right. I believeit's the teenagers that mess up most orders. It took 25 minutes for them to make 4 cheese roll-ups with beef added for my 2 kids. We finally got them with the cheese not... melted. We were told grub hub, drive through and online orders were priority and we had to wait. 3 different people who werethere before us had to cancel their orders and get a refund. The soda machine wasn't working correctly either and I was told..."Yes it is" after I told someone about it. It's sad when multiple customers come and complain about it at different times andthey still will not fix it. After finally getting a bite to eat for my 2 kids my wife and I had to wait an additional 25 minutesto receive our food, That's ridiculous! The food and service is always 50/50. My biggest complaint over the years has been that they are consistent in messing up your... order, so check it before you pull away. And if you bring it up to them they're mad at you rather than apologetic so maybe somecustomer service skills would help. Read more
If I could rate this place with zero Stars I would. The wait time always exceeds over half an hour every single time I come... here. Can corporate not fix this? And I would say it's because they're short staffed but the staff that they do have areextremely slow I was even in the other day and the dude drop my order on the ground picked it back up and said sorry. No otherfast food establishment takes this long and no other Taco Bell in this town takes this long. Read more
Do better if someone is asking for extra and you are charging. Do it or don't charge. It's one thing to accidentally miss... something but to purposely do it seeing I have no cheese but was charged for extra cheese. We the customers are actually payingfor the said food you don't care making correctly. And they know most people won't go back to get food corrected because of thehassle. Don't charge for extras if you don't do it anyway. Please and thank you every paying customer. In my opinion this is theworst one in pueblo. Read more
I don?t know why I keep trying them I went again but this time I stayed at the window to make sure it was right and again they... forgot stuff and messed up the order I mean I can teach my dog to fallow instructions why can?t they if my dog is smarter thenthe person making the food then they have a bad life ahead of them! 38 minutes waiting from arrival to sitting down to eat for 3 people and then they forgot a cheesy gortdita crunch and waited... another 10 minutes so we could all eat together lobby was in poorly maintained the manager needs to be re trained Read more
