Stop in to pickup my order. My tacos had no cheese.
Several times now have been through the Drive-thru during normal business hours for breakfast and no one answers the intercom,... so not a reliable place to get breakfast if you want to eat and make it to work on time. Maybe put a sign out if you areopening late, that way we don't sit there being ignored? There was a LONG line of cars behind me yesterday too, they left afterseeing no one was answering. Lots of business missed out on. Other than the spotty breakfast service, it is good, but won't beback to this location since I don't know if I'll be wasting my time. Read more
Not sure if location I under new management but if you go inside nobody acknowledges you're standing there waiting to order. A... simple, "we'll be right with you," would be nice. When asked if soda machine was having problems employee shrugged and walkedaway without a word. The bathroom was dirty and the last three or four times we've been there the ice tea tasted like water,i.e. no syrup. Was always the best Taco Bell before and it hurts that it has gotten so poor in so many ways! Even the food hasbeen missing sour cream or not enough of the topping it should have. Sigh. ???? In today?s world of everything being ordered online through an app, the folks inside really should have a way to change the... order when items are not available. Since one has to go back through the app to dispute anything you are likely to never eversee a refund or compensation AT ALL or even an ACKNOWLEDGMENT that a customer was unsatisfied. Read more
Usually the customer service here is great but when I came through tonight with my cousin the girl was absolutely rude. She... practically threw the bag of food at me and then immediately slammed the door in my face after very hurriedly saying have a goodnight. I also work in fast food and I cannot imagine treating customers like this. Our order was also messed up. Read more
People in drive thru were super nice. General Manager was super rude. Ordered food, my chipotle chicken melt had a quarter of... the chicken in it and no sauce at all. Then my crunchwrap was literally the tortilla, tostada shell and a tiny bit of lettuceand tomato, there was no meat or other toppings. GM said oh we were told we had to cut back on our portions so if you want arefund I can get that for you. I was here just last week and the crunchwrap was not skimp like it was today. Read more
