The kid at the counter didnt care that I told him I was allergic to tomatoes and could go into anaphylactic shock. They still... put tomatoes in my food after walking and getting it fixed, knowing full well I even ordered door dash. The GM, Nicki, is extremely rude to customers and it seems her own staff as well. Food is always half full of ingredients,... nothing like what you pay for, and the drive thru always takes 15 to 30 minutes. Don't go into the lobby expecting any better.You'll just get sassed by employees and managers alike if you're not completely ignored. I've frequented this Taco Bell fornearly 2 years and the absolute decline in their food and service has turned me off from this company completely as this was theonly location consistently open. Been in this drive thru for over 30 minutes. We have seen people pull up, get out their cars and a few minutes later walk back... to their cars with their order. We have seen 3 different people do this while we are all still sitting in the drive thru. SMH! Read more

I frequent this Taco Bell more than I'd like to admit. Every time I go there is a mild inconvenience that I just want to... document. Today I asked for large drinks, and when I got to the window, the guy tried handing me mediums. I reminded him theyshould have been larges, but he informed me the boxes come with mediums. Which I why I reiterated I wanted larges whileordering. He gave me larges but I hate small talk. Also, I didn't receive sauce. 3/5 today Apparently I can only upload onereview per account, and creating multiple accounts is just too much work for what it's worth. Today I asked for fire and mildsauce because I'm a man of variety and spice. The nice drive thru lady verbally confirmed "fire and mild," but to my shock anddismay, I only received mild.
