Food was good. The young man was polite and fast BUT there was a back up of customers and he kept apologizing. It took a long... time to get waited on. Cant blame the poor kid, he had no help. Same story in 2 weeks. Read more

Didn't catch the man behind the counters name and its not on the receipt but this poor man deserves a raise or at least someone... to help him with the dinner crowd. We just left after being there for about an hour, poor guy was backed up with multipleonline orders plus in store orders and being by himself does not give him a chance to replenish ingredients and makes his jobdifficult. I walked into this subway as a door dasher. When I came in, it was raining, and there were four people ahead of me. I saw behind... the counter a person working all alone who kept greeting every single customer after me also, AND kept apologizing for being theonly worker that evening. Not only did he rock out every single order, but he did it, ALONE!! Was the wait a bit longer! Yeah!Was my customer and all the other customers fine with that? Yeah! Because of Anthony! He is holding this place together. Afterme, several more people walked in and online orders were pouring in also. Anthony kept his cool, continued to apologize fortaking so long, and every sandwich looked perfect. Anthony should not only take the manager?s position, but should OWN his ownsubway! Because he?s clearly the only one who cares about being there to help customers in that area, and did it perfectlyprofessional. If it weren?t for Anthony, this subway would not be what it is. I?d go back, because of him, as a customer nexttime. I hope Anthony sees this, he deserves a vacation to wherever he wants and a raise! Read more

The experience with subway was good but the employee that served me was a bit in over her head. She was all by herself and had... absolutely no help. I think that?s unacceptable. Why isn?t there a manager there? Or the stone owner? Or a 2nd employee. I don?tthink it?s right to leave a worker all by themselves to assist customers especially with how busy subway gets. Subway, you needto do something about that. More people there, the faster you can get people out, more money you?ll make and your worker won?tbe overly exhausted. If someone calls off, the manager needs to be there to help. Only 1 person during the most busiest times ofthe day, that?s not ok Read more

Ordered sandwiches online for our family and this is what we got!? Messy sandwiches didn't even have our bacon that we paid... for!!!! Looks like they just slapped it on and called it quits..... super disappointing.... not a good look Subway! Read more
