If I could give more stars, I would. I ordered 2 party subs for my baby's birthday and not only was everything incredibly fresh,... the tongs and napkins came included. The people that made our food were great, it was the girl with the blue greasy hair that came ominously from the back to ring us... up when I asked to add cookies to our order she gave me this repulsive attitude that made me want to leave immediately she lookslike she doesn't know what sleep or shampoo is and I think this location would be so better off without her it used to be ourfavorite before she came on now we avoid this store at all costs the one on the Northside between Sam's club and burger king isso much better we are literally going to drive all the way across town for better service wow yeah its ridiculous I know Read more
Likes to put online and delivery orders aside. Multitasking seems to be too hard for the crew here. Why can't to go orders be... made as they come in and fall inline with other orders? Instead they push it aside and screw the customer and driver. Theygained one star due to the few times orders did not take long. That was very few times. Overall incompetent when it comes todelivery. I was at the subway on abriendo across from Taco Bell a few days ago and they didn?t want to chop my salad because they said... they are not doing that no longer and they?re out of croutons!! I come here (Northern location) and they were happy to chop mysalad and accommodate me! I am very picky with my salads and this subway has always accommodated my likes on a salad with asmile and cheerfulness! Whoever owns and manages this location needs more than five stars!! Horrible DO NOT ORDER THE MELTS the process is awful, you pay extra for them to throw your sandwich in a bag and it is not even... melted just a hot, soupy mess. Yes they offered to make it over and refused my refund but just do your job right the first time.I know they were trained to use the machine but they were rushing and didn't care. 3 foot longs and almost $30 for food thatwas not edible. I had no idea this place was here! The staff are friendly and don't skimp on stuff if you ask for it. Had the best BLT I've ever... had from subway at this place! Stayed to eat since it was quiet. I'll definitely be back. By the way, they take Samsung Pay! Read more
