They were out of most of the ingredients for the majority of the sandwiches. Only two cheese choices, no tomatoes, and most of... the other bins low or empty. The worst subway sandwiches we have ever had. We will stick to using our usual Subway store andavoid this store. Read more
I ran in for lunch and the employees worked through the line of customers quickly. There was a sign on the door stating the... toaster was down so there would be no toasted subs. Unfortunately that didn't click in my heads as I ordered my sub on flatbread. The employee even did her due diligence and reminded me that the toaster was down. But I was still oblivious to the factthat flat bread would be taste, well, flat without a good toasting. I can't put that on the restaurant. Service was great andfast during a lunch time rush. Were very short handed. Supervisor or owner came in to give them change and was holding a dog the whole time while being back... there with food. Veggies were not stocked. Sandwich was not that good :( Read more
The store was remodeled and looks better. It has a new manager. The Manger was nervous about getting the business off the... ground. I had a foot long meatball sub. I had the bun roasted before putting the ingredients. The ingredients were good butthe Bunn was rubbery and could not eat much of the bread. I should not have roasted it. Read more
I Hey at this restaurant and Staff will assemble sandwiches and handle money with the same gloves and then proceed to handle the... next person sandwich with the same gloves. That is unsanitary. Gloves should be taken off after a sandwich is made before youhandle money and then a new set of gloves applied. Beware!!!! Read more
Ordered my sandwich at 130pm. Went down to 2pm. What should if been an easy 20 make of one sandwich, and a wait time of maybe... 5 extra mins to arrive. Just to come and find out the co worker that just left DID NOT make the sandwhich. Leaving Aleah, byherself. She was very kind and very professional regarding the situation.I was already waiting an additional 5 mins. To recievenothing. Poor girl, they did not have the curiosity to train her on how to do refunds. This subway is a hit or Miss. It isunfortunate now, I get no lunch Thanks to Subway. Update! Roughly six hour went by, I got off work.Went back to this Subway. Ispoke to a very professional Manger. She knew about the situation. She apologized for the mess up.Even told me how to go aboutgetting my money, which did not work. Although, the manager did say if it did not work to come back. Maybe I will. Pueblo, is asmall town. People have give up working due to the Covid nightmare. Please remember some of us have worked fast food, it achallenge to remain, professional when you have an upset customer.
