I placed a online order to be picked up at 12:20. Got to the store and was told the order hadn't even been printed yet. Was... told they have been busy since 1030am. Which is fine but maybe you should turn off your online orders if you are that busy and ant get orders out at promised time. Waited another 15 min to get my order. Read more

Traci is a horrible manager that would over work minors until 2 am and would then change hours to not get caught and would... threaten to fire for leaving on time. I'm not sure who the girl with brown hair and glasses was working but while I was waiting in line another customer asked me if I... was waiting in line, I told him yes that I had placed a mobile order at noon and it was 12:45 and was barely being made BECAUSEthey had my order under a towel on the bar so it wasn't made until I brought it up, while I was explaining that to him, sherudely interrupted and started arguing with me about my order then refused to cancel it. I understand lunch rushes, thats why Iorder in advance but there was no need for her to start yelling at me in front of other customers because I made a comment aboutmy mobile order that wasn't even worked on until 45 minutes after it was placed. I?m being very generous with the second star. The sandwiches were made well which is why they got two stars but I have gone to... this subway several times they are always understaffed and extremely slow. This last time was kinda the deal breaker. Waited inthe drive thru for 15 minutes before even ordering and paying. Only person in the drive thru btw and only a family and onecustomer inside. They took my card and charged me then proceeded to make sandwiches for other people for 30 minutes until Iwalked into the restaurant. It then took the man making the sandwiches 20 minutes to make my TWO sandwiches which I had tocorrect him several times about the order because he was not paying very good attention to the order on his paper. I knowfinding good employees is hard but I could have drove to the store and made my own sandwiches in this time or went to a nicerestaurant with my girlfriend. I am sorry but I will never be coming to this subway again and it?s the closest to my house. Itis just consistently a bad experience unfortunately. Yummy footlongs! They recently updated this location, and it's so nice. Pretty high light windows in front that view greenery... and the road, and small but nice seating area. Everytime I go, the staff is so nice and makes my sandwich perfectly. BE Carefulwalking into the restaurant. The entrance intersects the drive thru, which is bad design, but is manageable with no problem. Read more
I usually get a pretty basic sandwich. Being a Spicy Italian with meatballs and marinara and no veggies, but this is just super... depressing. I'm usually super lenient with food service workers but the person helping my partner and I was just... Lazy... Theydidn't put a single meatball on my sub and even put a piece of poultry contaminated bread back into the bread storage. As youcan see, my sandwich is super flat and even dry, something that never happens when I get this sub. I don't expect anythingspectacular from Subway but this is just... Ya know... Bad. Read more
