Always running out of items on the menu, service is terribly slow, employees don't listen to your order and it has to be... repeated to them just to get it added to the order correctly. Majority of the time when I get a drink order they never havedrink carriers when I order more than 4 drinks. Read more

This place is one of the worst here in town?I work at a since here in town and never have we been this bad at orders?I went in... today and ordered sometime online for me and my boyfriend so that we could eat when I got home and relax. Well they got myENTIRE order wrong and I called the store and she was told me I could come back with all the food and receipt and she wouldremake everything when I?m already home 20-30 minutes away?it?s always an issue with this store ? It's safe to say that there menu and quality is on point in variety of factors. And is more important at times with certain... restaurants to know about the food that others can answer about with not so known places. With that said , it's always wanted bymost how the service is, in regards to management training it's employees things that matter in how to handle in certainsituations, that shows the consumer, there choice in coming to there establishment is respected. And means much to those workingand maintaining the place, how customers view them. And sadly this place don't care, and will more than not, be sloppy in thereprofessional endeavor in doing things correctly, and making up mistakes. And it should be understood that sort of thing is notof there control at times . And opposite at times employees that shine as great is 9vershadowed by constant headaches that doregular occur, honestly most in my experience. Read more

Happy hour is the best... there drinks are the best.. this spot usually hits the nail on the head... but this time I ordered 6... cherry limeade and I got 6 cherry slushy.. kinda disappointed and my kids were ones to tell me off... but its OK. . For now. Read more

The food is consistently decent, but staffing (at most Sonic's, not just this one) is a problem, especially at opening or busy... times. A fairly long drive-thru line could be a very, very long wait. Sometimes too long to stick around. Read more

Overall kind of disappointed in the service here, I have been coming to this Sonic's for year's now and never had my order... messed up like I did today. First they couldn't hear me right I guess because I had to repeat myself three times just for themto forget about my cherries. ?? An also the right size of drink I ordered!!!
